Yes of course, digital proofs prior to print are available on request.

When placing your order, please state "proof required" in the Order special instructions box in Your cart.

Once the design process begins we will then send across a digital proof, changes can be made if necessary and printing will only commence once approved.

Please note: your digital proof will be sent to the email address used to place your order. As your order will only be printed once your design has been approved, dispatch may be delayed without approval or if changes are required.

 

We totally understand when something is needed quickly. While we always work as quickly as possible, but because items are handmade to order, we can’t rush production or guarantee dispatch earlier than the dates shown. If you have a deadline, message us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

If you need to change something, please message us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started making your item yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once production has started, changes/cancellations may not be possible.

Tracking is available for most of our delivery services. If tracking is not included this will be displayed next to the delivery service at checkout. Tracking information will appear in your dispatch email.

All of our items display dimensions in the details. Please check the measurements in the listing description/photos before ordering.

Yes — because each item is handmade, small variations in colour/texture/finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

We offer bulk discount for most of our items, discounts are shown in the individual listing.
