Refund policy
Cancelations
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been made, we are unable to accept cancellations.
If your design is already in progress but production has not yet started, a cancellation fee may be charged to reflect the work undertaken, with the remaining balance refunded.
Non‑Personalised Items
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Personalised & Custom Items
Here at Kraftier Co, each personalised piece is made especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom‑made items, unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We take great care with every order and follow a thorough proof‑reading and production process — but we’re only human, and mistakes can occasionally occur. If your item arrives incorrect due to an error on our part, we will, of course, offer a replacement or a refund.
Important: Please check your spelling carefully
Personalisation details are printed as submitted.
We cannot alter, refund, or replace items where the mistake originates from the order provided.
Optional Digital Proof
If you would like to see a digital proof before printing, please request this at the time of ordering. Proofs are not automatically sent.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
In the case that damages have occurred in transit, we also require photos of the damaged packaging.
Returning Your Item

Return postage cost must be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
