Dispatch Times

This is the time it takes for us to prepare/produce and dispatch your order.

Dispatch times vary by product and order quantity. You can find the estimated dispatch time for each item in its individual product listing. When ordering multiple items, your order will be dispatched together, with the dispatch date based on the longest lead time.

As most of our products are made to order we are unable to guarantee faster turnaround times than the dispatch dates shown.

Delivery Options

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

We offer a range of delivery services based on the size and weight of your order, with optional upgrades at checkout:

  • Standard (non tracked) - Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • Express (non tracked) - Royal Mail 1st Class
  • Standard (tracked) – Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Express (tracked) – Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Large Item (tracked) - DPD Parcel Next Working Day

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only. Couriers may occasionally experience delays which are beyond our control, therefore we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Please note your expected delivery date displayed when placing your order.

If a tracked delivery service is selected at checkout, your order can be tracked once it has been dispatched.
Tracking details can be found in your dispatch email.

Delayed & Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us. As required by courier policies, we can submit a missing parcel claim if your parcel remains undelivered within 10 days of your expected delivery date.
We’ll be happy to assist you through the process.

Packaging & Damages

All of our items are carefully and securely packaged to protect them during delivery. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help. Please also send:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the external packaging (including any visible damage)

We are unable to process damage claims without photographic evidence.
