CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Dishwasher Safe
Each mug is professionally heat‑pressed using high‑quality inks for crisp, vibrant results. While all of our mugs are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve colour intensity and long‑lasting detail.

Microwave Safety
Our 10oz, bone china and heart handle mugs are microwave safe for everyday use. Enamel mugs and coasters, however, should not be used in the microwave.

PRINT OPTIONS

FRONT PRINT ONLY
Your custom design is printed on the front of your mug only (back of mug is blank).

DUPLICATE REVERSE
Your custom design is printed on both the front and back of your mug (same design on both sides).

CUSTOM REVERSE
Your custom design is printed on the front of your mug. With your custom text printed on the back (different prints on both the front and reverse).

MATCHING COASTER
If you have chosen to add a matching coaster to your order, this will be printed with the same design as the front of your mug.

PACKAGING

All of our mugs are carefully packaged using specialised mug mailer packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Each mug is securely protected to minimise movement during transit, giving it the best possible protection from start to finish. We take great care at every stage of packing, so you can feel confident that your order will reach you just as it should.
