The Millie Collection - Seating Plan Board

Our signs are available in PVC foam board (Foamex) or acrylic, each offering a distinct look and feel.

Foamex is a lightweight PVC foam board available in white or black. Its clean, contemporary finish makes it ideal for stylish displays; however, due to its lightweight nature, it should be handled with care.

Acrylic offers a more luxurious, high‑end finish and superior durability. Available in a selection of neutral tones, including clear, frosted and softly tinted finishes, acrylic provides a refined, polished appearance and is significantly stronger and more rigid than Foamex.

*Please be mindful when selecting your colours as some text colours will not appear clearly on certain board colours ie. white on white will not show clearly.

Our Welcome Signs are available in 2 popular sizes A1 & A2.

DIMENSIONS:
A2 - 420mm x 594mm (max. 50 guests)
A1 - 594mm x 841mm (max. 100 guests)

IMPORTANT:
Due to the board sizes and the print technique used, we have a strict rule on the maximum guest names that can be included on our seating plan signs. Please contact us for alternative options prior to placing your order if your number of guests falls outside of our limits.

Both sizes work well with our optional wooden easel.

When placing your order please provide your custom text in the TEXT tab in list format. Please only include the text you wish to be printed. Fonts & Print Colours can then be selected in the FONTS tab. Additional information and order instructions can be included in the Instructions section of the CONFIRM tab.

We want your stationery to be absolutely perfect. For that reason, we offer digital proofs so you can review your design before it goes to print.

If you’d like to receive a digital proof, simply tick the checkbox in the confirm section and provide the email address where you’d like the proof to be sent.

Once we’ve received all required details, your digital proof will be emailed to you during the design process. This proof will show the design template for your stationery. At this stage, amendments to the design template can be made, and printing will only begin once you have approved the final proof.

Please note:

• Once printing has started, no further changes can be made.
• Delays in proof approval or multiple rounds of amendments may result in delayed dispatch.
• All proofs are digital and are not a true representation of the finished colours and textures of our items. Proofs are intended to display design, fonts and layout only. Please see product images for true to life samples.
